The TLV767-Q1 is a linear regulator with a wide input range, supporting input voltages from 2.5V to 16 V and load currents up to 1A.The output range is 0.8 V to 12V, and in the adjustable version the output can be as high as 14.6 V.The device has a wide input voltage range, so it can be powered by a transformer secondary winding and a regulated power rail (for example, 10 V or 12 V).In addition, the device has a wide output voltage range to generate bias voltages for silicon carbide (SiC) gate drivers and microphones, as well as to power microcontrollers (MCUs) and processors.With 1% output accuracy, the TLV767-Q1 can power power-demanding digital loads.The internal soft start circuit reduces the inrush current during startup, thereby reducing the input capacitance.High-bandwidth PSRR performance is greater than 70dB at 1 kHz and greater than 46dB at 1 MHz, thereby helping to attenuate the switching frequency of the upstream DC/DC converter and minimize post-regulator filtering.With high ripple rejection from 20Hz to 20 kHz, this device is ideal for powering audio components.
